"location is very good, there is a big supermarket on the first floor, restaurants around this hotel. Breakfast is good with Chinese and European style. And the staffs in restaurant are quite helpful. "Staffs are very good, both checking in and checking out were very smooth and fast. I have to mention receptionist Keith Zhang. As my Mandarin is limited, he spoke English to me during the check-in process when I didn’t understand. He also helped me to order taxi when I needed to go somewhere and he also suggested how I can purchase last minute concert tickets. My room’s very spacious, comfortable, bright and clean as well. Highly recommend this hotel! "
