Disukai: Kebersihan, staf & layanan
Positive:
- all the staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible
- water and small snacks were free and refilled by housekeeping
- the hotel bar is nice
Negative:
- we had to change rooms from a basic one to a premium one because the bathroom was very small and the toilet was basically in the shower and got completely wet when taking a shower
- we had to change rooms again because there was no warm water in our first room
- there was also rarely warm water in our third room
- AC was not working one night because of a power outage. After calling the front desk, we were told that they need to start the generator, but no one is available to do that. They rolled a mobile AC unit into our room so we could sleep, but it was very loud and not that cool
- while the hotel was aware of all these issues no attempt to reconcile was made
