"It’s not easy to take a uber."

"Such a disappointing stay. At check in the room wasn’t ready and I was asked on which floor I preferred to stay, without specifying that there would be a difference in the fare. No information was given on breakfast timings and location, spa access and other practicalities. Staff were polite but not warm, as if they didn’t care. I chose a room with “city view” which turned out to be looking at a building site. It is unacceptable to charge a “view” on it, at least until it is completed. SPA access is not free. It is charged extra and even though I was prepared to pay, nobody mentioned the opening hours, so I could not go. The location is also not great and is dirty and with very little outside. Unfortunately the positive sides are overshadowed by the whole general negative experience. A real disappointment from such an establishment. "

"Do not stay here it is over an electronic disco rave bar. Noise was torture. Never slept until bar closed at 5am. Whole building shook. The music could be used to torture prisoners. Tried sleeping with noise canceling headphones and pillows over our heads."

"Very well located on a main street, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Metro station very close by. 10 - 15 mins walk to the Cathedral. 20 mins roughly to La Rambla. A modern hotel, with large clean rooms and walk in showers. Nice big restaurant serving great breakfasts (lots of choice). Also serve evening meals. Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good value. Would definitely stay there again."

"The staff is awesome and the gentlemen in the bar is awesome and very accommodating and will do the extra to make your night cap to be the best! Also the lady in the reception really doing the extra for recommendations on restaurants and even remembering at check out asking if we tried any of them. Great stay and I will be back!"

"This was my second solo trip abroad and where to start...The staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and helped with my organising my sightseeing.
