"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We love the location and it's fairly quiet. They do need new and better towels and pillows, but, overall, we had a good stay and will be back next time we're in COMO."

"This is a great Stay. The breakfast really came in handy. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The gym was closed a little bit earlier than it stated, but it was still open relatively late. The staff was warm and kind. The staff was also very helpful. I got the room that had a living room and the bedroom and a nice large bathroom. That was a great amount of space especially if you’re traveling with your family for an excellent price. The room was very clean and housekeeping came in to help keep things tidy. Highly recommend"

"Food staff were excellent. For Breakfast it would be nice to have Bacon on the weekend as an option. Overall Hotel is good My complaint is some of the bed linen was yellowed. Some of the towels were old(yellowed) worn with small holes, fraying, and rough against your skin. I asked for more. One time a month ago, we stayed we asked for another room BO on pillows were so bad, the room just smelled like B O. We were accomonadated"

"Great location. Friendly staff parking is great in a de attached garage. Very convenient. Lots of cute restaurants and bars nearby. Rooftop bar but not able to go due to private parties"

"Terrible. The photo for the room we booked clearly showed a tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It was 20 dollars more then the other rooms. We booked specifically for the tub and it was slightly closer to our destination then the other hotel with a Jacuzzi tub. Wee get the to the room, and it wasn't a Jacuzzi tub. Both the pool and hot tub were under construction, despite being advertised. The dude at the front desk was completely unhelpful , legitimely didn't know English and had to go a women to translate and saids they don't even have Jacuzzi tubs on the hotel. We wouldn't have went to the other hotel otherwise . And certainly wouldn't have paid 20 extra dollars had we known"
