"Clean and spacious room with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of outlets throughout the room. It was nice to have fresh lemon water in the reception area and the mints were great! I highly recommend and would stay there again."

"Both hot and cold foods were offered for breakfast. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfy. The fridge also had a small freezer. I was disappointed there wasn't a workout room, as advertised, but over all, very pleased. Plenty of places to eat all around the hotel too."

"The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage) and a light option (yogurt and yummy granola). The deck and surrounding gardens are very nice."
