This hotel ticked all the boxes. While it may not be fancy, and could use some modernizations, the owners were so lovely, the room spotless, and I slept great. "A good location, easy walk to possibly coffs best beach, and not that far to the jetty strip. Check in had a slight hitch when no one answered the phone or intercom for a short while. The main downside was our stay was quite noisy, children yelling in the hall way sounded like in your room at times"

"View was good. Grounds need established walkways to get you to the beach. Corridors were gloomy. Initial checking was formal however got friendly as time went. Restaurant staff were very friendly and was very good. View from the beach was very good. "

"Andrew and Lee were wonderful hosts. The property is beautiful and private. The pool was great to have a dip in, and there was a trail that takes you around the lake where you can see a waterfall and koi pond. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious: we got to have homemade granola, fruit from the property and local honey. Thank you very much again! "
