"⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing stay — beware of bugs and no A/C We had a really bad experience at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. When we first walked into our room, there were already several large bugs inside because the cleaning staff had apparently left the door open. I’m terrified of bugs, so that already ruined the start of our stay. Then we found out the rooms don’t have air conditioning — they only turn it on during summer. No matter what buttons we pressed, only the heater...

"This is a hostel more than a hotel. The main door is open most of the time and there is no security. There is one person who works as the receptionist and waiter at the same time. It was very hot when we arrived. There is no air condition and when we asked for air fan he said they don’t have."
