"I needed a last minute place driving through OK. This in an older hotel, but suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay. They provide a breakfast, but didn't try it. This hotel sits off by itself south of the interstate. It was quiet and safe. Plenty of parking. Friendly/pleasant staff. This place had the fastest Wifi I've ever seen for any hotel. "When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund."

"I booked this hotel because of the elevator. On arrival I found out the elevator was not working. I was offered a refund. That doesn't really help at 7 pm in a strange city. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. No rooms were available on the first floor. My husband has back problems and I have knee problems. This ruined the stay for us."

"It is a little run down and the road construction is a bit of a hassle. Plan extra time leaving. The water slide is seasonal and was not open nor was the pool. It is in a separate building. The parking was ample and it is easy to park near your room. Staff very nice and kind. Seems a little overpriced for what you get given the rooms are kind of old and worn. The bed was springy and uneven and there was a hole in the sheet."

"Do not book it. 1. The bed sheets have hairs left everywhere. 2. The room has order. 3. There is no breakfast, even though they post “free breakfast” in the ads online. 4. The front desk doesn’t care about your experience. Once again, DO NOT book it."

"For a single person looking for a cheap stay ($53 on Expedia, June 2026), I can't complain much. $53 dollars--really--tough to beat. The king bed was nice. But I wouldn't stay here with kids. Toilet rocks back and forth. No breakfast or lobby coffee. Surfaces and edges of the room worn. Bright lights outside. Local Mexican restaurant said to be "the best" was bad. Having stayed in Clinton several times before, I know that the Super 8 is much nicer, if more expensive."

"We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....
