"Nice staff, comfortable beds, and clean. They offer daily housekeeping which is very hard to find anymore. Breakfast was not great but was good. Nice to have available for something to eat before heading to the parks. The shuttle service was nice. We planned to use it for our days to universal studios since it was the furthest away, which worked out, then we use Lyft to the Disney parks. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, and a CVS close by to walk to. We were very happy with the location....

"Pros: property was clean and well kept. Nice kitchen. Condo was much more spacious than we expected. Appreciated the screened in patio except the view was of other condos. Complex was pretty quiet at night. Pool and hot tub were nice. Cons: WiFi was terrible, no Smart TV so we couldn’t stream anything. There was a strangely huge bathtub/jacuzzi/shower in the primary bathroom that was outdated. Bathroom fixtures were outdated. Super busy area- good if you’re going to the all the parks I guess....

"Property is a strange hybrid of a VRBO and hotel, no daily cleaning service and early check out time. Overall plenty of space at reasonable cost, clean but some wear and tear. We has some maintenance issues at home; House was at 58 degrees when we arrived and A/C was still running. We turned to OFF, and then tried to get heat to kick on, but it never would. "The room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Shuttle times are very limited for Disney park but it is so close that if you decide to Uber it’s inexpensive. There are many places to eat around the hotel that are a 5-7 minute walk. Walmart is also nearby, about à 15 minute walk. The area is overall safe if you do decide to walk to places around the hotel. I am very happy I chose this location. "The place was very run-down and extremely noisy. A couple was having a heated argument that could be heard from down the hall, but no one intervened to address the noise. Kids ran up and down the halls all night. breakfast was so crowded and miserable. "

"The door to my hotel room was too small for the door frame so there was a large gap at the bottom and the door was not installed properly so you weren’t able to lock the deadbolt.The curtains in the window that overlooked the bed and the entire room did not stay closed. Maintenance answer to that was paper clips to hold the curtain closed and they rolled up towel at the door.
