To my surprise, the reception manager, a truly kind and professional lady, upgraded my standard room to a suite for the additional day. I didn’t even request anything she just made it happen! From the moment I arrived, the guest service was absolutely impeccable. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, attentive, and effortless.
