"Lovely hotel - immaculately clean with lovely welcoming staff. Parking available (extra charge) which is brilliant and easy to access. Hotel 15 min walk from the am centre and Cathedral so great position. Lots of shopping nearby and plenty of resultants m, bars etc close by if you don’t want to walk to the centre. Breakfast is a feast everything you could want and plenty available - including Cava what more could you want on holiday. A very nice hotel with plenty to offer would definitely stay here again "

"I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one on the first floor with windows on a very busy street, making night rest very difficult. The hotel was pretty empty so they could have afforded to be more considerate. "

"This is a nice hotel around a 15-20 minute walk to the cathedral and main central area. The room was bright with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and good quality linen and towels. We had a fridge and a kettle which was great. Everywhere was clean. There was a good range of foods at breakfast including cooked food, cheese & meats, pastries, fresh fruit & yogurt and ingredients for tostadas. The gym is small but has good quality equipment and is in good condition. The rooftop area is nice, with an awesome view of the mountains & city. The outdoor pool is small. We did not use the indoor pool area as this was €22 for 1hr. Both pools are more for lounging than doing swimming exercises. The staff we met were friendly, especially the two young men running the bar and bar food service- professional but engaging & very hard working. The main bypass runs close by so if you want to have the window open, you may need earplugs. We would stay here again. "

When we mention it at check out the receptionist told us that we should requested a eye-Mask ! The first night we requested , they said Not available!! "
