"Sehr gute Lage, super Frühstück - Verhalten und Freundlichkeit des Personals der Rezeption stark verbesserungsbedürftig. Vom Ton her eher arrogant - aber nicht nur gegenüber uns, sondern allgemein gegenüber allen Gästen - teilweise überforderten und einen durchweg gestressten Eindruck gemacht. Unser Zimmer war nicht gereinigt (Haare in der Dusche, angebrochene Getränke im Kühlschrank). Der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde war unprofessionell. "

"Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming.
