"The Gliden House is a unique property in Cleveland. I wish we had more time there, but were only passing through. The staff were all helpful and kind. Great location near museums and restaurants, and an easy walk to the RTA train into downtown Cleveland. We'll definitely return for more than one night!"

"I was given a 2nd floor accessible room even though I did not request it. It was fine but not as convenient for things like showering. There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues."

"Train you staff to act like professionals when greeting and interacting with guests. I dealt with two front end staff members who treated me as if I was bothering them. Instead of greeting me they stared angrily at me even after I said the first hello. They did not respond with a hello or hi back to me. They were rude and unprofessional."

"Choose the location due to it being three blocks from Progressive Field. We were in town just for the night. We got there at check in, was told our room wasn’t ready and we’d get a text. No big deal. Walked back to front desk 15 minutes later to ask if we could leave our bags to go explore, and was told our room was in fact ready, and they weren’t sure why we were told that. Ok, fine. The area surrounding the hotel had a crackhead smoking in front of the hotel shouting about god, and another...
