"Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website

The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard
The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
