"Japanese style room with tatami mats and futons. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with all necessities and amenities. Kimono, slippers, toiletries and supplies. Two public baths, both with outdoor and indoor soaking spaces. Clean and we'll maintained. All employees very polite, helpful and professional. Dinner buffet incredible. Wisd variety of foods. Slightly expensive, but worth it."

"This location was ideal for us because of its remote location. We had no difficulty with accessibility to it, because the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the local train station if you pre-arranged it in advance. Food was locally sourced and exceptional in quality. The outdoor baths were relaxing as they were set among the forest. Loved the friendliness of the staff. We had no problem communicating in Japanese but did find some of the Indian staff speaking English with us...

"A genuinely unique and special experience. We had a room with private outdoor soaking tub and it was well worth the extra cost to have the memorable experience. The dinner provided was luxurious and memorable as well. "

"體驗極好的一間酒店，員工非常親切有禮，酒店有本館和別館組成，非常之大，房間很整潔，私人風呂也足夠大，溫泉水水質很好，浸完皮膚很滑，晚餐的飛驒牛鍋很好吃，另外試了付費飛驒牛燒肉是極度好吃，真的有驚喜。 另外就是酒店位置不算方便，酒店貼心在入住和離開時可免費坐的士來往車站，但在車站卻極難上到的士，浪費了很多時間，離開時則可由酒店職員幫忙預約的士，至少離開時會輕鬆一點。 整體入住感覺極好，溫泉非常高質，下次會再考慮入住。"
