Hotel dengan Bar di Docklands

"The reception staff at check in and departure were fantastic. The young lady who looked after our check out was able to offer us a discount after I listed off the issues with the room. 1. No skirt around the bed base 2. TV did not operate properly it would switch off after a few minutes. Apparently a known issue. 3. Room was not serviced even though extra towels and pillows were delivered. Apparently you need to put out a swing tag to have the room serviced. 4. The pillows initially supplied...

"We felt very welcomed when we arrived The lovely girl at reception was very informative of the hotel facilities. Our room was wonderful, with much old charm. However there was street noise during the night. No fault of the hotel though. We look forward to staying in this magnificent hotel again."

"The shower door going right round was clever and I liked the design being a reflection of Melbourne skyline"

"Nice hotel, closed to Skybus and public transport and food and shopping. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good breakfast "

"Got to hotel very late after cancellation of my train trip. Reception was open and I was treated very well. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Thank you for a restful stay."

"The room is actually way smaller than the pictures in Expedia. Only one tiny office chair in the room, for the two of us, means one of us needs to sit on the bed or on the ground. The hotel entrance doors by the street are old school and heavy, not a big fan, automatic doors would do better job. Location is perfect, staff are friendly and helpful. Room deco is pretty good, bathroom condition is pretty good too."
