"We are on a cross country trip and this was by far our favorite hotel. From the check in, the staff was amazing and super friendly. There is quite a charm in this hotel! It sits just far enough away from the hustle of downtown, but close enough to walk. The fire pits and live music every evening was a huge highlight. Loved the free smores kit every evening, plus coffee and hot chocolate! My only suggestion would be to have another bartender, especially during the evenings when the live band is playing! I would definitely choose this place for my next stay in Jackson!"

"Beautiful property and great staff. The breakfast was terrible, ( can’t even order eggs, They offer scrambled eggs only) The concierges are very helpful and courteous, especially John and Jeff. Limited dining options, any “ cooked food “ is only served at the club house which is a 2 minute drive. If you’re a golfer, this is the place for you. Jackson is 30 minutes drive, with great dining options. The king room is not 610sq feet as described on Expedia. They should also offer a shower cap and replenish the bottled water in the room every night or have water available at the minibar."

"It is a very nice hotel and our room was very clean. Great location if you are visiting Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. The food at the restaurant was really good and not super expensive for what it was. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very nice and friendly. I especially liked the in-room coffee maker. We were very satisfied and I would stay here again!"
