Excellent hotel stay. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, the stunning view from our window, the kind staff and delicious breakfast.

Lovely apart hotel in Dolonne, a quiet location. The rooms are excellent, spotless and so very comfy. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Only a couple of negatives, one is the ongoing works which means workmen start at 8am (on one day it was 7) and continue through to usually 5pm but one night it was 8pm. Beautiful, atmospheric (though well maintained) old building. One of the doors inside is bullet into an impressive stone arch with the Savoie crest carved into it. Nice room, good location and very helpful and friendly staff.

Can only suggest one thing. When we were woken at 3:30 am by drunken hoteliers when we complained in the morning we were told those guests making the noise paid more for their rooms. Still in shock remembering those words which seemed to endorse the thuggish behaviour. Apart from that episode the hotel was charming.

A lovely hotel, close to lift and centre of town. Rooms were very clean and staff and service very friendly. Dinner was excellent in both quality and service. I would very much recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Communication was excellent, and when we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive until after midnight, the staff were incredibly kind and waited for us. We had an excellent 5 night stay at the hotel, the facilities are excellent and the decor/design of the hotel is pleasing. A nice mix of new modern clean design with rustic lodge feel accents. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom very nice, clean, spacious and stylish. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and took advantage of the spa facilities in the late afternoon after skiing during the day. My only gripe would be the daily car parking charge of 30 Euros per day which is steep! ...

Roberto really made us feel welcome and relaxed at this small and comfortable hotel. The evening meal and breakfast were great multi-course, tasty and wholesome events. This was particularly great for my wife who needs a gluten free diet and could be totally confident that this was taken seriously. Great hotel, attention to detail inside is fabulous and friendly staff. We stayed for one night in mid September as a stop over while driving through Italy so out of both ski and summer season and there was a good choice of places to eat all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in this hotel. I would strugle to find any negative comments about it. One of the reasons we chosen it was all the positive feedback online and it is all true. Hotel owner Mauricio and his staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you with whatever you need. Spacious, clean, modern and comfortable room. Great bathroom also. Had a large balcony which overlooked Mont Blanc - beautiful! Only slight negative was that it was rather difficult to alter the temperature inside, it was a bit too warm in the night. Staff was nice and friendly and the location is perfect - the centre of the village with restaurants and shops is just a minute away.

Great hotel. The staff were excellent. Hope to come back in the summer and stay again!
