The floors were dirty leading up to the elevators, and there were Starbucks cups left in the hallway for two days without being picked up. That said, I understand there is a lot of foot traffic since the hotel is located in a busy college-town area. "Loved the full kitchen and complimentary airport shuttle. Also breakfast was really good! A lot of variety for both cold and hot breakfast. Pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to enjoy."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with my room but it was resolved very quickly. The room was functional and cozy. I love the full size fridge and kitchen area. The coffee machine makes freshly brewed coffee at the touch of a button. They even had free washers and dryers! The room was extremely quiet and I didn't hear a single person during the night. I will definitely stay here again."
