"Clean and friendly staff"

"What a great hotel ! We stayed for 3 nights (22nd to 25th March) and had a decent sized room on the 6th floor, which included a kitchenette. There was a highly rated bar/restaurant, the Amelia Hall, on the ground floor. All the staff we came into contact with were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is round the corner from City Hall, the centrepiece of Belfast city and there were bars and restaurants all around so no problem with finding somewhere to eat or drink. It's also about a 3 minute walk from Grand Central railway and bus station. All in all, for £77 per night (room only), it was excellent !"

"Our room was on the 4th floor. No issue with that but there seemed to be a little cluster of rooms all quite close together. Again no issues with neighbours or noise. The room was just disappointing. A view of a brick wall and a yard meaning there was very little natural light in the room. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The desk seemed to be out of place and the bathroom could have been a little tidier. The food and staff were great in all honesty, pity the room tarnished it a bit."
