However, I looked specifically for a property with a pool and not until I checked in was I informed that the pool was under construction. My brother and his wife also stayed but left due to the pool issue. Also we inquired about checking in a little early and were told we would have to pay the equivalent of a half days stay. "Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replaced. When you sit down you just keep going lower. This is not only unexpected but also makes it more difficult to stand back up for anyone with mobility issues. We also got locked out of our room after already leaving stuff inside. They needed to call in maintenance to repair lock. On duty staff were very supportive, but I expected to hear something from the hotel manager the following day...

"This property is neat and tidy, and the staff is helpful. The one thing I noticed is the bed pillows are not great. The pillows in my room were all thin and lumpy not comfortable at all. Please replace the pillows"

"The room was cleaned and the staffs were nice. The shower head could use a little cleaning or replacement, which I forgot to mention to the staffs before I left . Other than that we had a wonderful stay."

"We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor."
