"It’s ok I guess, but a bit overpriced "

"Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. Restaurant staff would not entertain a special request to order fried rice, told me to order a full child's set menu and plain rice...

"老闆和老闆娘都非常nice！ 房間冷氣一直不冷，甚至有點悶， 晚上10：00多打電話跟老闆娘反映， 過程一直沒辦法處理。 晚上11：00就幫我們找到附近 可以替換的同樣民宿業者。 雖然房間冷氣故障有點...， 不過老闆和老闆娘的危機處理非常棒， 也非常客氣。 連假時間還能這麼快找到替換民宿， 值得給很棒的評價。"
