"No elevator, had to carry suitcases up stairs. Advertised as king bed, but it was a full bed. Unit was clean and ocean could be seen from it. Manager had our laundry done for us, but we did could not do our laundry by ourselves."

"I would recommend Picasso Hotel for any traveler that is looking for a budget accommodation (or booking last minute trip on a holiday weekend like us and had very limited mid-priced hotel options).
While most of the staff did not speak English, I found the staff very friendly and willing to help. One of the men working (who spoke a little English) helped our group one morning when our rental car wouldn't start. He called the rental agency for us and had someone to the hotel within 10 minutes...
