"Wow! Been traveling 10 days in the Balkans and this was easily the best stay I had along the trip. The staff really goes above and beyond! The spa room was also amazing to have at the end of my trip to relax. I had a 4:40am bus and the staff packed a to-go food box for me so I could still eat my breakfast on the road. Allerdings ist der Großteil der Zimmer nur über mehrere Stufen erreichbar, da sich der Aufzug in einem Zwischengeschoß befindet. Ebenso ist der Speisesaal auch nur über Treppen erreichbar. Für jemanden mit Knieproblemen stellt dies ein fast unüberwindbares Hindernis dar.
