"I liked the setting. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was always too hot. No air conditioning, and we were only able to open the window a tiny crack. They had no bellhop to help with bags up the stairs at the front door. Upon checking out of the hotel we had to argue with the receptionist to get help with our luggage. We were not told about a way to address the bad tasting water coming out of our tap until I took a container down to the bar to get water there. It...

"The room was smaller than the nightly price. It was cold, insufficiently equipped and noisy. When a neighboring room used the toilet or shower it sounded like a river going through the room. The staff in the pub was gracious but there is nothing to do in the area"
