"This historic hotel is beautiful and a fun place to stay just outside of Montreux. You can easily access the city center and Chillon Castle from one of the main bus lines just down the road. The included breakfast was delicious, and the small bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink after a day exploring. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We hope to return next time we visit Montreux! "

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "Schönes Hotel etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, das in knapp 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und wird sehr sauber gehalten. Grosszügiges Frühstückbüffet mit frischen Produkten aus der Region. Auch das Essen in den Restaurants hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze und eine E-Ladestation sind auch vorhanden. "

"What an excellent place to stay! The staff absolutely top notch, so helpful, friendly and very professional. Theon was spectacular and that view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it. "
