The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches."

Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. "Clean and comfortable for a quick trip heading to south of Spain from Madrid after a long flight from the states, Lillo is a small town without much of anything to do, some restaurants open after 19:00 but I would drive there instead of walking 10 to 15 mins, it’s very safe. The convent is beautiful, probably the nicest building in town, the only complaint I would give is that you can hear everything from all the rooms, and I mean we heard all of the conversations and I am not sure folks where...

"The hotel was fine for one night. Very close to El palace of Aranjuez and Jardines del Primcipe. Beware, if you come with a lot of luggage there are no elevators."
