Extremely dirty. Ash all over the place from smoking. Mud and dirt everywhere. Room hasent seen a vacuum in months. Service at front counter was very rude. Getting a extra pillow was a struggle. Casino was closed when hours showed itd be open. Absolutely would not take your family here.

The person at the checkout did her job. Nothing in particular was outstanding or bad. The room was clean. The area was quiet.The mattress was older. There were only two pillows in the room, very thin, and the only blanket was a colored thin sheet. The remote control did not work and the volume on the TV was so low I could not hear it. The area where the breakfast was served I would not recommend staying there if you had other options.

The rooms were out dated, and dirty , we ended up with two double beds when we asked for Queen’s they were the most uncomfortable beds we ever slept on! The bathroom shower was gross , the ground outside of the hotel was disgusting , cigarette butts and beer bottle caps everywhere along with garbage stroud everywhere, the pool was clean and we did enjoy the pool , but that was the only thing we enjoyed! The staff was friendly I will give them credit for that! They really need to renovate the rooms and do some cleaning of the grounds!

The room and bathroom were dirty. The warning at the front desk noting no refunds was a giveaway that I didn’t see until I checked out. Stay away!

Property needs lots of work. Breakfast was terrible, no forks, very limited items, zero staff, they set things out and disappear. Very dirty.

The hotel was nice but you could tell it had been there a long time wall paper was peeling in the bathroom the walls still smelled faintly of cigarettes and the faucet in the bathroom had been changed to a single lever faucet but wasnt bilted down correctly so it was wobbly loose

The room was cold. The bathroom was old with drywall patches that wasn't fixed.Toilet was so low hard to stand up. There was a draft coming in from the window.

The bathroom was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. Hair and grime all over tub/shower and sink. Bathtub was gray/black from never being cleaned. Floor was filthy and dead bugs in every corner of the bathroom. Mud in carpet throughout the room so evidently it wasn’t vacuumed either. Dust on headboards of both beds. Beds are very outdated and falling apart. Went to have continental breakfast sat morning and couldn’t eat due to how disgusting the breakfast area was. Even my young granddaughter wouldn’t eat there it was so bad. Manager was very rude and other workers weren’t there to do anything but sit in the lobby and speak in their foreign language with their buddies. Bar had dirty plates filled with food and empty beer bottles all over. Most businesses clean when they close the bar. Yes, very disgusting! Too lazy to open the pool too

The lobby was very nice but everything else was horrible. It was not clean, it was very old and outdated. There was no one around. You had to ring the bell at the front desk and then wait for someone to show up. Breakfast was terrible. Food was cold, there were no spoons for cereal.

Not as clean as i would like a room to be. It smelled like it was a smoking room in the past that was covered up by smelling scente. Breakfast room was dirty the cream was spoiled. But i did win $30 bucks so that was great the staff was friendly and helpful

The room had stains all over the carpet. The bathroom floor had residual pee all around the toilet. The shower ceiling had mold. The shower head leaked out of the shower. The shower drain was clogged. The whole place inside and out looked neglected. I would not refer this place to anyone

Very dirty, had a pool but it was closed, said it had a game room, but it no longer does. Breakfast area was very grungy and food was not good.

Dirty rooms, trash in the bathroom on the floor, hair in the toilet, did not smell good. Looks like they may be in the process of remodeling so maybe we had the side unfinished as the carpets were different hall walls were really gross. Had no idea had to get breakfast so did not get any of that, pool was closed would have been noce to be told before arrival.

The room smelled of mold/mildew. We determined it was from the bathroom vent that didn’t work and the lavatory drain and overflow outlet. The breakfast bar was ok. The waffle iron could use an oil change. Not very clean. Definitely needs updated. The AC unit electrical had exposed connectors
