"Checked in later in the night, was given a room key. Would not work. Turns out the room was already occupied. Glad I wasn't shot trying to get into someone else's room. Given a second key, went in the room to use the restroom and the toilet seat was broken off. Went back to the desk and was offered a screw driver to fix myself. Hotel manager was notified by email and was showed pictures of the room, however no response after a week. Cannot recommend this hotel."

"It didn’t start out well when we were given a room that was already occupied. Seemed to be a little confusion when fixing it. The room was fine but didn’t look like it had been dusted. "Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Nicely decorated room but it smelled so musty and upon checking in our room, we found hair on the bathroom counter. It was remedied immediately. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the performing arts center. Street parking is free."

The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues.
