"Ours was a five night stay in The Old Paper Shop. Located on a busy road however night time noise was minimal. Once our car was parked we could walk everywhere for shopping, drinks at the pub and visiting the sites. Very comfortable bed and wonderful shower (great after a hard days walking). "Everything was great - no issues. Car parking was also well integrated but it appeared to be only 24hr blocks. Might be handy if you arrive early to be able to get 26 or 30 if exploring the next day. Room was large and airy, nicely decorated and bathroom was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Only thing I couldn't locate was info about mini bar and if the water in the fridge was complimentary or chargeable. I'd happily stay again."

"Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms, free and convenient parking. Ideally located right in the heart of Broadway. Bookings for dinner are recommended for both restaurants, excellent cocktails are the bar (no cocktails available at the Tavern). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks right from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. The spa has very nice changing rooms and showers. Would definitely return. The two small issues we had was our room was right on the High Street (accessed through the dining room) so there was a lot of street noise in the evening with the windows open during the summer as there is no air-con. As our room was only accessible by walking through the dining room, we were told we couldn't wear the provided dressing gowns/slippers when we had to walk through in the dining room when going to the pool/spa and for a massage, so had to bring a change of clothes. I understand the policy completely, but it would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time and given the option to change rooms. When staying again we will request room off the high street and with freer access to the amenities."

"A brilliant stay in a very friendly hotel. There was a fan in the room for the hot weather and the rooms and bathroom were spotless. The breakfasts were brilliant. We used the Spa and the treatments were really good. The general spa area was very relaxing and again spotless. We would strongly recommend this hotel for a short break."
