"Booked this hotel for 2 nights after reviewing the 9.0 star reviews, however it was a disappointing stay for us. One of the queen beds had a significantly torn/almost shredded bedsheet that were still placed on the bed as per the standard (there's no way that the ripped portions in the middle of the sheets could have been missed by anyone when they're put on).
