"Totally functional and decent hotel. Clean, convenient. The bed isn’t particularly comfortable (mattress is on the hard and bouncy side), but it’s totally fine for a short trip and a good value."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff. They have good security - they ensure you have a key before you approach the elevators. They have a Starbucks within the lobby. The cleaning crew was amazing. Overall a very good stay."

"Great location (easy access to Penn Satation and the entire NY metro area transit system) - awesome rooftop bar and our go-to for any times we are hanging at The Garden for a weekend. The staff is super helpful, the rooms are functional and comfortable, and the rates are a great value. Its in our rotation of best values in NYC. Just stayed at the Arlo for the US Open and it couldnt have been more convenient to get back and forth to the tennis center."
