"When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee?
There was no TV's anywhere and...

"When I checked on Angel was amazing and very sweet. I was traveling alone and she was very helpful moving me off the 1st floor. The only thing that was a little bothering was there were wooden pallets just left in the lobby along with empty boxes and the lobby had a very bad smell. But besides that the stay was great!"

"Ice machine was non existent. Vending machine was unplugged. There was a washer in the breezeway. The pool was not filled. The assist handles in the bathroom were not aligned. There was no plug for the bathtub.
Overall the property was clean, and although I showed up late, the attendant was walking up to the lobby when I arrived, so there wasn't much of a wait, or issue with my reservation in that matter."
