"The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night."

"Dinner at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck was excellent. The ambiance of the Lumber Barons bar was great. Rooms were huge with two beds and two bathrooms. About the only negative is that the two bathrooms are too small and both have bathtubs posing a fall hazard. Sinks are too wide for the toilet also. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in downtown Grand Rapids! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed.
One of the highlights of our stay was watching the fireworks from the Jdek. It was such a fun experience, and the food they served was absolutely amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

"There were nats all over in the room. The shower door did not close well and water was all over the floor. The ac unit was dirty. There were no accessible plugs near the desk. The front desk was in disarray with open boxes and I had to wait for someone to check me in. Could not use the name and room number for WiFi and had to call for a special code to access.
