"The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable.

"The hotel is close to so many things so you could walk to places and it doesn't take long! It's great that parking is right below the hotel. The front staff immediately brought smiles to our faces and were sooo friendly!
The room was great! The fragrance they use is AMAZING! We didn't have a view of the city, which honestly, I'm not upset about! The bed was extremely comfortable! (That was the first thing I said when I woke up)
We had breakfast at Wood & Paddle and that was so good! Overall,...

"The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty."

It’s obvious the Citi does not care if visitors want to come back and the hotel isn’t negotiating with the city well enough there needs to be a partnership, but it seems like I’m paying for lousy management of the city."
