"Great location!"

"Breakfast was good. We were excited about the hot tub, though the hot tub and the pool both needed cleaning. The room was standard motel fare, nothing fancy. The WiFi barely worked and when we asked for help, we were told there was only one provider in town and this is just the way it was, so don’t expect the high speed internet promised. The hotel was conveniently located, with plenty of parking."

"Great place downtown. If you don’t want to be in the middle of the action, check out one of the places further up the hill to the north. They are great too. Wonderful grounds. Great parking. The room was spacious and clean. Check in was a breeze and the woman at the desk was very sweet. I wish I had caught her name. "From the time we stepped into the office when checking in staying here was a great experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful and that really made a huge difference. The property is very very clean. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. Walking distance to anything you’d need, th location is excellent. Will definitely be staying here again. "

"I loved the style of this place. The owner has very thoughtfully appointed the cabins with all the necessities plus some, including beach towels for the hot tub and wine glasses for unwinding at the end of very active days exploring all that Moab and surrounds has to offer."

"The staff were friendly, the water pressure was awesome The grab and go breakfast was fine. The room needed some love and updating. The bed was hard. We were not accommodated a King room on the first floor even though it was noted at the time of reservation this was needed due to inability to walk stairs safely..we were sent a message 2 days before arrival our room was changed to a 2 queen room on the first floor."

"Elevator was odorous and dirty. Only one ice machine for property and it was broken/not in service. Breakfast options were minimal. Bed was flat and uncomfortable. Tv remote was broken/ missing back and batteries. Location was good and it seemed clean but just an average spot at best. Staff wasn’t the friendliest either."
