"I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure guests didn’t get lost. Another advantage of the location is that it is quite close to the metro station. Although the residence does not provide breakfast, there is a Tim Hortons nearby, which makes up for it."

We had a good stay here and found it to be very reasonably priced for the area. The location is excellent for those who don't mind using public transit; there are bus stops very close by which made getting around easy.
It is important to note that this isn't a full-service hotel. There is no one on-site, but the communication was impressive. We had an issue with our bed, and even though there wasn't a physical concierge, the agent...

"Very nice and spacious rooms. The bathroom was great. Clean all throughout. There was also a very nice smelling room already and sewing kit.
Breakfast could be a bit better very generic but I liked how they had smoked salmon and bagels and cream cheese (very Montreal). The staff were good.
The only problem was that there was a wedding downstairs therefore, the room was a bit noisy until midnight or so but none the less the bed was very comfortable and we fell asleep despite the noise."

"No room service when we were out for the day and stayed 2 nights (left at 10:00am and got back at 3:30pm). Very limited amenities, no restaurant downstairs was closed for construction, bathroom door didn’t close properly, hand prints and mysterious drips/ broken light fixtures/ buttons not working in the elevators. Late checkout was nice tho and close to a lot in the downtown but was also in a more rough part of town"
