"Unfortunately, it appeared that the room was not properly prepared upon arrival. Several issues were noticeable, including towels that did not seem fully clean, a coffee maker that was missing the coffee holder, and what appeared to be mice droppings. Additionally, some expected amenities—such as lotion and other basic items—were not provided. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet expectations."

"What went well: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. The room met expectations, and several staff members were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, the property itself was pleasant and provided a comfortable place to stay. What could be improved: Our experience with service was somewhat inconsistent. While some front desk staff were welcoming, others seemed less engaged. The biggest challenge was the airport shuttle on checkout day. We had shared our needed departure time in advance, but when we arrived for the shuttle, there was initially no driver available. It took some follow-up before a solution was found, which created unnecessary stress when trying to make a flight. Since the hotel advertises an airport shuttle, more reliability around this service would be appreciated. We also experienced a delay at breakfast and learned after waiting that one ordered item was unavailable, which left little time to reorder before an event. With a bit more communication and responsiveness, the overall guest experience could be much stronger."

"A very nice place, a med size but pricey snack area. Rooms were pleasant, clean and well maintained, big TV. No restaurant or lounge area but big area for games & visiting. Large area for included breakfast usual hotel breakfast, eggs, potato, sausage, cereal & muffins. Milk, juices water & coffee. We would stay here again."

"Nice place. However, if you get a room on the second floor plan on hearing highway traffic 24/7 and bright lights passing through all night. It is very hard to sleep. Also, the standard hotel pillows are terrible and flat. Lastly, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport. They discontinued it our first day there. "
