"The hotel is nice and clean. Our problem in particular was that in our room, the toilet tank filled up frequently making a lot of noise at night. So we could not sleep at all. I reported the problem to the deskfront and they said that they would review; however, the problem was not solved. Therefore, since we could not sleep my staying was bad. Check that at the front desk that there is no noise in the assigned room"

Regreso 100%"

"Breakfast was good, variety was good and servers were attentive, reception staff and cleaning were helpful.
Room was clean, but "toilet room" was very smelly and noisy, pillows are very hard! It was hard to get comfortable and get a good night sleep...
I sincerely hope management takes this into consideration and improves the quality of the hotel.
Location is fantastic! Centro Historico is near by and the Alameda park is just across the street.
