"Front office staff was friendly and helpful, though the first thing the manager let me know is that there is no ice machine available on the property. The wifi out on the far east end of the south wing (where we were staying) is VERY iffy, going in and out with regularity, which was a real problem when looking for nearby attractions and restaurants throughout our three-day stay. But the shower water was very hot, with great pressure, and the king sized bed was also warm and comfortable, so...

"On the plus side: Room is immaculate. Hotel nice and clean, staff friendly and efficient. On the negative side (Expedia doesn't tell you) the hotel's pool/jacuzzi are closed for construction, and not likely to open any time soon. Maid service hammers on the door at 8:20 in the morning what the heck!. The bed was made so that bottom sheet was 8" short of the end of the mattress, and sleeping on it would mean putting your feet on a mattress cover that doesn't get changed between guests, (ewww!)...

"We had a great stay at Ellsworth. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient, especially if you want to explore downtown Williams. There is also plenty of parking available, which made our stay even easier. The only issue we encountered was that the TV was not working properly complicated to operate. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"We were told that the property was very close to the train station. So close you could almost see it. When we arrived we realized not true and the owner suggest we should drive because we would likely be very tired after the trip you the canyon to walk back anyway. Room was ok. Lamp was reported broken but not fixed. Just ok. Lots of other options in town."

"A viable choice for those on a budget, check rates. A bit older than other budget options in Williams, but clean and quiet. Cars are allowed to park right in front of the rooms facing west, so YMMV, but two story wing is set back from street and cars park away fron the building."

"We have stayed here a couple years ago and it was nice, this time not so much, jacuzzi wasn’t working, ice machine wasn’t working, window was filthy, our bathroom was very dirty, stained walls, baseboards had crud on them bottom of doors and walls had bad water damage, only one of the two lights over the mirror was working, the non working one looked like it was full of dirt and bugs. Probably won’t stay again."

"The room was clean, and the location is convenient with many places nearby. My check-in and check-out experience at the front desk was great. However, I had a disappointing experience with an older staff, I don't know if he is the security guard or a hotel helper, he is Indian man. The way he approached and spoke to me very rude and unprofessional. I hope the management can improve customer service and ensure guest are treated respectfully."

"I choose Motel 6 because back in the '70's, when the kids were little, we stayed at Motel 6. To be fair this particular motel had been closed, recently bought and I think it is being renovated. The walls and ceilings had been painted and I think the flooring was new. However, there were two beds and a table that were attached to wall, and two uncomfortable wooden chairs as furnishing. I am 89 years old and have balance difficulties. The toilet was so low I almost fell onto it when I sat...
