"How would you like to arrive at the property, after a long day and my grandson's graduation party, in total darkness, directed by phone to a door which was supposed to be unlocked but was not? A follow-up call with the manager told us we were obviously not at the right door. The manager finally arrived, knocked on the door and found a vagrant was in the room. To make matters worse, they had no other rooms available and should take the room. We wound up driving the two hours,a 90 mile trip...

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"No microwave in my room, even though the pictures on their website show one. The front desk informed me only suites have a microwave. The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly...

"A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice."

"This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"
