"I had a hard time finding the place because of where the directions took me to that address but I was a block away from the hotel and walked endlessly for hours and I finally gave out. Called and they sent someone to meet me and escort and carry my luggage. Great bar. Rooftop is amazing!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. But what really made our experience exceptional was the gentleman at the front desk. I believe he’s Colombian, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and truly helpful with everything we needed. His excellent service made a big difference in our stay.
