"The property is in a great location with a ton of good facilities on site. Communication prior to arrival was poor and we struggled to access. The property is in dire need of maintenance. Light fitting hanging off wall, mould on roof in bathrooms from steam, water marks on roof from what we can only assume is leaking showers in the floors above. Bath plugs leak, wasting water. Double bed in the one room is hard as a plank and really uncomfortable. Pillows need replacing and door handles in...

"There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host."

"Terribly maintained for they type of house provided. Nothing updated or cleaned when arrived. Host manager was about 40 mins late. No heat or air."

"Rooms are all so spacious and clean including bathrooms. Flat is so so spacious and beautiful. Easy walk to franschoek and easy to get to stores. Comms fantastic from Marlicia. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others! "
