"L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont propres, belles et très grande, les employés sont accueillants et accès direct sur la plage. La nourriture est très bonne avec une grande variété. Toutefois, les cocktails ne sont pas super et le divertissement est le point faible. En effet, les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées, donc nous ne nous sommes pas baignés des 3 jours que nous sommes restés (il faut dire que la température n’était pas chaude non plus). La seule piscine chauffée est celle intérieure et elle est très bruyante, donc impossible d’y rester longtemps. De plus, nous étions censé avoir des spectacles à tous les soirs et des activités le jour, mais il n’y a rien eu de cela. Donc, pas de baignade et pas d’activité, après 2 jours nous ne savions plus quoi faire. La majorité des gens ont apportés leur jeux de carte et jouait au lobby entre eux pour se divertir."

"The hotel staff went above and beyond when dealing with any queries, they where friendly and easy to speak with. Upon arrivals we where given tea and biscuits. We unfortunately had ants in our room being the bottom floor I am assuming this is the reason. It was quickly rectified by the staff. But I think the room needed a more through expection in the future. Some of the room looked a little tired. But I saw staff making improvements to certain areas. The hotel is one of the furthest to the marina. Breakfast was good but nothing spectacular. But the food served at the pool was very tasty and better then expected. They provided a heated small pool for the kids which was a very good facility. The beach front wasn’t far from the hotel either."
