"Very outdated. Our room was not clean. Old French fries near the bed. Bathroom very unsanitary and only appeared to have been somewhat wiped down. The staff seemed very helpful in checking in and courteous but the cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. "

We tried to get soap refilled but front desk staff was unable to get to it and house keeping told us to go to the desk. Left the sign off the door for room service, did not receive service. We have stayed here before, it just seems like the hotel is going downhill."
