+ Günstiges Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage mit Straßenbahn und Bus nahbei + Endlich mal ein Hotelföhn mit Kraft dahinter. Da hat das Schaf keine Locken mehr. + Bequemes Bett - Sauberkeit absolut verbesserungswürdig, insbesondere im Bad. Man darf auch mal unter der Klobrille putzen und Wasserflecken entfernen. Viel Staub im Zimmer. - Als ich das Zimmer betreten habe schlug mir ein muffiger Geruch entgegen, der auch nach einer Nacht mit offenem Fenster immer noch da war. - Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. Deutliche Abnutzungsspuren und alles mögliche (z.B. diverse Leuchtmittel) defekt. - Service an der Rezeption mies. Ich hatte gegen 20:30 nach einer weiteren Klorolle gefragt, weil bei mir im Zimmer (bei Bezug) eine leere Rolle auf dem Halter hing. Die Dame konnte keine finden und sagte, sie bringt eine Rolle aufs Zimmer. Bis zum Check-Out kam keine Rolle an. - Sehr kleine Dusche mit viel zu kleiner Glasabtrennung. Anschließend ist einmal Bad wischen angesagt. - Quasi keine Steckdosen. Das Handy wurde dann im Bad geladen.

Beschwerde nur online möglich, da Rezeption nicht besetzt. Zum Übernachten ist das Hotel gut, der Service und die Freundlichkeit lassen zu wünschen übrig

One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport.

Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen und sehr kalt. Kalter Fußboden und keine Gästepantoffel. Die Bettlampen hatten kein Leuchtmittel. Bad kalt, der Heizkörper ging nicht. Frühstück sehr gut, gute Auswahl. Personal eher an der Rezeption gelangweilt, wenn man ein Anliegen hätte. Parkplatz war überhaupt nicht von Schnee geräumt und man verlangt trotzdem 10 EURO dafür..

Das Zimmer war abgenutzt, es gab mehrere Lichtquellen, von denen nur zwei funktionierten. Stecker von Lampen musste man erst in die Steckdose stecken, bevor man sie anknipsen konnte, an einer Lampe war der Stecker ganz abgerissen. Wärmeregelung war nicht möglich, viel zu warm da drin. Bei offenem Fenster zog der Rauch des Raucherbereichs unterm Fenster ins Zimmer. Der Wasserauslass der Badewanne war nicht mehr verkleidet sondern heraus gerissen. Das grosse Doppelbett waren eigentlich zwei Einzelbetten, da fiel man dann in der Mitte in die Nische. Parkplatz kostet extra, mir wurde versichert, dass genug Parkplätze Vorhand sind, wenn man später kommt. Dem war deshalb nicht so, weil die meisten Gäste so unmöglich geparkt haben und zwei Parkplätze mit einem Auto beansprucht haben. Was gut war: Getränke aus der Minibar waren gratis.

Pre check-in was great, since I had to drop my luggage off at noon and then return my car. They stored it in a room off the elevators. When I returned after 1 pm the room was ready. Nice and clean, but the window was above the workers trucks and there was noise until late in the evening. The man at the front desk offered to order me a taxi for 04:10 Saturday morning, I came down a few minutes earlier and after 4:15 (no taxi came) I had to find a phone and order one, I luckily used the front desks phone since mine wasn’t making local calls. Thankfully that cab came right away. The free beverages in the room fridge was a lovely gesture, thankyou. I wd recommend this hotel to family.

Wir hatten 7 Übernachtungen ohne Frühstück gebucht. Das Zimmer war recht abgewohnt, laut im Innenhof und einiges kaputt. Für uns lediglich relevant: Da der Wannenabfluss defekt war und eine Steckdose am Bett fehlte (die wir aus medizinischen Gründen benötigten), wechselten wir nach einer Nacht das Zimmer, was nach einigen Rückfragen und Abstimmungsschleifen gelang. Dieses war auch nicht mehr ganz top (gerissener Toilettendeckel, Abdeckung des Wasserhahns lose, sehr abgenutzter Innenbereich des Waschbeckens), aber für die 357,72€ (zzgl. Beherbergungssteuer) in Ordnung und würden bei Bedarf nochmals einchecken.
