"The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price."

"This is a hidden jewel. Super reasonable, clean and a kitchenette with full size fridge. Family and pet friendly. Breakfast included. Not on the ocean but close to everything. Also an excellent Thai restaurant that shares the parking lot. Softer TP than the Sonesta!"

"The property is at the end of a private/gated area. Hotel seems recently renovated but some of the finishes (flooring & shower tiling) showing some wear already. King bed was very firm and found it not comfortable. Hotel has many convenient amenities for a visiting family such as small store, restaurants, pool games and poolside food service. "We have stayed at several properties, and this one did not disappoint. Everything was just as described if not better. Had a little trouble finding it and called and was given directions immediately, after that it was amazing. We will definitely stay here next year. Thanks for a great experience 😊"

"A great location and a good price. The grounds were nice with a great view of ponds and a little wildlife of turtles, alligators and birds. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not so good. The water/juice machine did not work and the food was so so. Bottled water was provided later in the day. All in all, we would stay there again."

"Partner and I had a great experience other than a few small things. The room was a great value, walking distance to the beach and coligny shopping area, free breakfast was good, staff was nice, free parking, etc. The only big problem I had was the smell in the room. It smelled like a weird kind of cleaning supply but it lingered for the 2 nights we stayed. Wasn’t awful but it was noticeable and a little bothersome. Staff offered to help but there wasn’t much to do about it"
