Best people at reception, very corporating, we had a lock issue in our room so we were updated to better room We also got good tips from them for great local food and a castle and it was worth it

Generell war das Hotel sehr sauber und hatte ein fantastisches Frühstück. Leider war das Zimmer was wir günstig bei Expedia bekommen hatten nur mit einem Dachfenster ausgestattet und daher ohne Ausblick. Das war an der Zimmerbeschreibung nicht ersichtlich - also Vorsicht! Das Hotel ist für tschechische Gäste ausgerichtet, d.h. Nur tschechsches TV und auch die Verständigung mit dem Personal war auf Englisch möglich aber eher schwierig. Das die Sauna extra kostet, war nirgends ersichtlich und wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Sprachbarriere nicht klar kommuniziert. So etwas ist meiner Erfahrung nach für Hotelgäste frei. Einrichtung gut aber in die Jahre gekommen. Der Golfplatz sah schön aus, weiteres kann ich aber nicht beurteilen.
