"The cleaning staff at this hotel is top tier! From reception to check out we were treated so well. We were there for two nights during a major storm and enjoyed all the facilities from the impressive formal dining to casual food in the cafe/pub. We will definitely be back! Thank you"

"Room was cold and needed to get a base heater. Staff was very friendly and helpful such as Inoch and Anna at the front desk and Kamila in the restaurant for breakfast . "Bit of a trek from car park to the rooms, even using the lift need to carry luggage or groceries up stairs. Room doors are very heavy and 7 year old couldn't open them himself. Otherwise accommodation was comfortable and clean, with spectacular views."

"A short break, overall a good time had by all. However while the overall condition of the cottage was good it could have done with a real deep clean. Bedding was obviously used and the mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through it. Furniture inside also left a lot to be desired ..."
