This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. It is so dirty that I left the moment I saw the room condition. The blankets are so dirty that it looked like someone puked on them. The towels were so disgusting as if someone had used them as toilet paper. Don't be deceived by the pictures you see online, the hotel does not look anything like what you see in the pictures. They deducted the cost of the first night although I left immediately. Don't waste your money on this place, you can find much better hotels which cost the same.

Never again! This property is infested with cockroaches and is extremely dirty. I complained several times about the cleanliness of the property and the cockroaches and I was simply moved to a room with even more cockroaches. The staff were so unhelpful and rude. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We paid for an extra night at this property because we were arriving early morning and to my surprise they upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom especially that we were traveling with a 3 year old. The rooms are clean, well lit and amazing. The pool is clean and well attended. Sunil the Hotel Manager was very attentive and they are very lucky to have him because any issues I had were resolved expediently and with the highest professionalism. I would highly recommend this property to business travellers.

Very spacious apartment!!! The pool area was clean and quiet. We didn’t sit in the dining area for any meals so I cannot add any comments about it.

Huoneisto oli tilava ja siisti lukuunottamatta likaisia huonekaluja, verhoja ja mattoja. Lähellä lentokenttää ja kuljetus toimi hyvin hotellin puolesta, maksua vastaan.

الشقق تتميز بموقع جيد قرب مول برجمان وتتوفر المواصلات حولها ولكن يعيبها عدم وجود ادوات طهي بالمطبخ بالاضافة لانتشار الحشرات وتم تغيير الشقة لأخر ليلة بسبب الحشرات

De accommodatie was heel ruim. We hadden twee aparte slaapkamers en een ruime woonkamer-keuken. Maar er waren aardig wat mankementen. De keukenapparatuur werkte niet goed meer. Twee kookpitten deden het de rest heel slecht, de lagers van de wasmachine waren kapot, het broodrooster deed het niet, de boiler van de badkamer werkte niet en we hadden daar lekkage van. Er was te weinig keukengerei, de tegelvloer was erg beschadigd waardoor het er vies uit zag. En we kregen iedere dag te weinig handdoeken en wc papier. Bij het zwembad staan in totaal maar 5 ligbedden voor het hele hotel. Veel te weinig natuurlijk! Maar de wifi was goed, het personeel vriendelijk en we konden het vuurwerk met de jaarwisseling vanaf het dak zien. We kregen ook een onwijs leuk nieuwjaarspakket met allemaal snoep en versnaperingen. Heel attent.

Not a 4 star hotel for sure

We got to the hotel and there was no rooms available for us. Spent an hour in the lobby. Only good thing is I forgot my wallet in the room and Ravi Shankar actually went out of his way to whatapps me and kept the wallet aside for me.

Good location

was made to wait from 6am until 2pm then was told i had to move to one of their hotels apartments,...by then i had had enough and just wanted to leave.Finally they made me stay in a room,,,,it was very nice but unfortunately the bed had bed bugs,.....i have scars on my left legs that have became worse than I thought ,I was bitten in my sleep. Iam writing this review so that maybe the hotel can get pest control

Accueil correct, quelque soit l'heure. Appartement spacieux bien équipé, 1 salle de bain par chambre. Seul désagrément indépendant de l'Hotel : des travaux à proximité occasionnant du bruit. Piscine petite mais très peu utilisée avec douches fermées à disposition même pour les départs tardifs après avoir rendu l'appartement. Globalement très correct.

Een goed gelegen hotel dichtbij winkels en metro.Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Alleen de lavabo en bad in slechte staat en erg onhygienisch.De stop van de lavabo was vreselijk vies en vuil en echt versleten.De poetsers kunnen er niets aan doen.Bad erg slipperig en gevaarlijk om te vallen.WC spoelt moeilijk door.De keuken is handig maar het fornuis werkte haast niet.Nieuwe elementen zouden echt mogen geplaatst worden.Verder zeer goede flat en netjes.De TV programma's moeten echt meer op westerse klanten gericht zijn zoals CNN,BBC-UK,Franse zenders,Arte.Een flinke renovatie aan keuken en badkamer zou een pluspunt zijn.

A good stay

The location was good, the staff were helpful and polite, and the premises were reasonably good. However, we were shifted from the Xclusive Hotel Apartments to the Xclusive Casa Hotel Apartments on arrival. On arrival until departure, there were way too many cockroaches in every room to feel the place was clean and after the first cleaner had finished his job, we found plenty of things to complain about afterwards. The premises was surrounded by pounding construction from morning to night, even on the national day holiday. Despite these complaints, we had a good stay. The location was convenient for the beach, shops, and metro. The staff were great; very friendly and helpdul

Basic, but clean and friendly.

Needed something cheap and cheerful for two nights during the Dubai 7s with three friends. This apartment, although basic, fitted the bill with two en-suite bedrooms, adequate kitchen, dining area and lounge. There's a small pool with a couple of patio sets and half dozen sunbeds. There's a small gym too, but we didn't use it and it was locked so can't comment. There was a balcony, but not big enough to sit out on. The reception staff and room service staff were friendly and the duty manager was an affable chap. Within walking distance of Spinneys supermarket, with a small cold store opposite the hotel for essentials. There's no restaurant, but there are menus in the room which you can order from through reception. Be advised there are two Xclusive hotels virtually adjacent. Check the address when looking at reviews or getting a taxi.
